Just wanted to share some more pictures with you of the latest progress of the cabin in the woods.

The roof is going on right now. It is rather difficult at the time due to all of the rain in our area, so having to work around the rain and keep everything covered up good.

This roof is going to have a 2′ overhang which will provide shade and side protection.

NOTICE: The porch columns are green. These came out of a local historical building here in the Smithville MO area. We are using them for the porch columns, which will add a nice feature. These will get scraped and painted along with the rest of the cabin.
