Working out on a daily/weekly basis is one of the best things that you can do to keep yourself in shape and shield your body from bad things. We choose to walk 2 days a week and run 3 days a week. I also choose to do 3 workouts weekly using my bow-flex and dumbbells.

Working out, walking, running, or just doing something for your cardio on a daily/weekly basis will keep your heart and body healthy. So many people say that they don’t have time to walk, run, workout or do something to stay healthier, but let me ask you this: Would you rather live, or die? The statistics show that those that do something on a regular basis like walking, running, working out will live longer, healthier, and happier lives than those that don’t.

Taking (good) vitamins and supplements are also a huge part of this equation. For my wife and me, we chose GBG 10 in One multi vitamins and GBG MA+IGP which also helps prevent cancers, helps bone and joint health, helps the brain, and so much more.
